We are proud to present international mediums Jan Harris AND Shaun Gray, both are currently supporting mediums on tour with Derek Acorah! Jan and Shaun will be appearing for one night only in Spain, live at The Condado Club for a very special evening of Clairvoyance, an evening you should not miss.

Whether you believe or not, these evenings are always very entertaining and a whole lot of fun.

I would like to thank the Condado Club for supporting this evening and donating their function room for this fundraiser for The Beacon of Light Spiritualist centre in Cañadas Del Romero.

Condado De Alhama, La Cata restaurant is having a very special wine tasting evening on Thursday May 23rd. Come and sample some of the regions best wines. The evening will feature wines from the winery CARTA MARINAJE and the BODEGA LUZON of Jumilla.

During the evening you will have the opportunity to sample 5 different wines all served with  complimentary dishes.

The bus will now leave Condado de Alhama from the Al Kasar parking lot EVERY day at 10AM to take you to different regional destinations daily, Alhama, Cartagena, the port in Mazarron and into the city of Murcia for the market on Thursdays. Take a look at the timetable by clicking on the picture to enlarge it and make a date to take the bus. It is a valuable service and one that I am sure will be popular in the summer months.

Of all the markets in the area I have never been to the Murcia City market on Thursday, it is supposed to be very good and well worth a trip. Cartagena is a well known tourist destination but parking is a little difficult and can be expensive so taking the bus will be a perfect option to discover this wonderful city. The port of Mazarron has way too many good bars to risk driving, so another good option. The bus will actually go the the port of Mazarron twice a week so that you can now enjoy the restaurants and beach without hiring a car during your vacation.

Friday May 3rd is the day for this years Seve Ballesteros golf charity day, last year the organisers raised a lot of money for the foundation and this year they plan to do just the same.

If you are not a golfer don´t worry The Clover have some fun lined up for your to, the evening at The Clover is wear your favourite wig night or kindly donate a EURO to Condado De Alhama CPR. Wearing a wig and donating a EURO is preferable, although of course neither is mandatory to enjoy the evenings entertainment.

It has been amazing to watch the bars and restaurants adapt throughout the last year to find their place within the community of Condado De Alhama. This week we will feature some of the changes that the different bars and restaurants have made to attract their own crowd. Each venue is offering more than last year and each have grown since last year, they have all made it through their first winter, are more prepared for their second summer and are all excited to see the crowds returning to the square.

Gone are most of the leather couches to be replaced by gaming tables to entertain the kids and lots of delicious ice cream…chilled coffee, hot coffee and iced cocktails.

And the crowds are coming, it appears to be very popular with the kids and the parents are enjoying it too, iced beer sitting in the sun, while the kids play. Can´t be bad!

The golf course at Condado De Alhama is getting increasingly busy as word gets out about the great course here on the resort. There are not many days now where a coach does not arrive full of golfers for the day. What a difference a year makes.

All 6 sister Jack Nicklaus golf courses are under the management of resort owners IRM who are doing a wonderful job promoting the courses. You can now book your Tee time online, this is advisable. This week a few regular golfers on Condado De Alhama who came for the Easter found that they could not play as the course was fully booked so it is advisable to book in advance just to avoid disappointment.

The course looks good, Lauren and Iain from Penthouse 16 took a walk out after hours yesterday to inspect the lakes for us, its a rotten job but someone has to do it. It was a beautiful day today, perfect for golf, 24 degrees, low winds and full sun.

BRING YOUR FLOWER

James McArthur is an International Psychic and Clairvoyant Medium and he will be appearing for one night only at The Condado Club, Condado De Alhama on Thursday March 28th. DOORS CLOSE at 7.45pm.

James specializes in the Clarsentience of Flowers. He gives extremely accurate readings using a flower that you have been holding. He has a great sense of humour and will have the crowd rolling with laughter. Tickets are only 5€ and are available at The Condado Club or from me by e mailing jill@condadodealhamaservices.com.

It is really important IF you want the chance of a reading from James that you bring a flower with you. Cut it and hold it, you will be given a raffle ticket at the door and if yours is picked out, James will take your flower and amaze you.. If you just want to listen in and enjoy the fun but don´t want a reading, just don´t bring a flower.

I think this is a night everyone will enjoy. Remember tickets are limited and are on sale now for only 5€. These nights are always popular and I am sure this one will sell out. See you there!

Our fiestas are so much fun and are attended by thousands. This will be our 3rd fiesta season and already we can´t wait. The resort is booking up fast for July and August so if you plan to visit and need to rent an apartment book fast! We plan our fiestas over two months to give everyone a chance to attend at least one of them.

Mileniun Levante, our management team, did a great job planning our last two fiestas and we are sure that this year with the help of the fiesta committee again, will be fantastic also. It is a great opportunity for us to showcase the resort to the surrounding communities and to invite our local towns and villages to integrate with us. Friday March 15th at The Clover Bar, Al Kasar, starting at 9PM you can be thoroughly entertained by international recording and performing artist JAMES MARSH.

James is coming from the UK to perform for just one night only on Condado, he is a superb guitarist and vocalist who has performed in front of Royalty, toured the USA with KISS and has appeared with bands such as The Who, The Coral and Joss Stone at some of the UKs biggest music festivals. James has also been the support act for McFly.

The Clover is proud to bring James to Condado, it will certainly be a night not to miss.

This weeks Mazarron Carnival included some of our own Condado resident children for the first time. Murcia Dance were invited to take part in the Mazarron carnival, a big honour and the kids were excited. Murcia Dance is a non profit project member of the Arts & Cultural Association of Murcia. Murcia Dance aims are for participants of all ages and abilities to have fun, burn off energy, build confidence, develop skills and raise aspirations for the future within a safe and caring environment. Louise Brenmer at Murcia dance does a wonderful job with the children and Leeanne and Ian Croarkins girls were a part of the fun along with many children from Camposol and the surrounding areas.

The kids were not the only ones having fun, Ian Croarkin from the Condado Kids Club looked like he was enjoying the family day and atmosphere.

Living in Spain includes fiestas, parades and carnivals, dressing up and having fun. Being asked to take part is an honour. Well done Murcia Dance and all the kids that took part. You all looked FAB!
