Olagolf do a brilliant job with all the courses that they manage in Murcia, but, Condado De Alhama Signature course is quickly becoming one of the best and certainly one of the most challenging on the circuit.

The golf course is still new but it’s reputation is already spreading, a club house is still needed on the course to complete it, but this is to happen soon.

If you are visiting Condado De Alhama during the summer months you can be assured of some good golf during your stay. The weather is beautiful most of the year with no shortage of sunshine to go around.

Condado De Alhama will host the next canal + tournament on the 16th-17th April. Olagolf have been doing an excellent job of managing the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, now operating under the new name of Alhama Signature Golf. The Murcia Golf Experience offered by Olagolf includes the courses at Mar Menor Village Golf, Saurines De La Torre and as a special treat for all golfers Alhama Signature Golf, Condado De Alhama, where it’s designer Jack Nicklaus personally invested his knowledge and experience acquired during his whole professional career, and thus making this course one of the best golf courses in Spain. The first British school holidays have arrived and although there is certainly more people on the resort it is a little quieter than this time last year. Will this show a trend for the year ahead? I don’t think so, or we certainly hope not. The weather this winter has been very mild and visitors that took a brief golfing break or just a weekend of relaxation were met more than likely by day time temperatures imitating Spring in the low 20′s. Winter seems to be leaving us now as the morning and evening temperatures rise and the day time temperatures reach the mid 20′s.

A problem facing families in the UK are flight price hikes during the school holiday period along with hefty fines if you remove your child from school during the school term. A Norwegian family visiting last week with their children explained to us that in their school, holidays are limited to a certain number of days per year but can be taken any time during the year to co inside the vacation periods of the parents. This method ensures that families can afford to take crucial family vacations and airlines have to keep their prices competitive all year.

Well it is another beautiful day in Murcia Spain and the next 10 days show only a warming trend.

With the winter season approaching it looks like time for another dose of the green spray. Coming up on the end of its first year opened, the Jack Nicklaus Signature designed Golf Course is being prepared for year 2. Alhama de Murcia is also looking forward to the next years of this Golf Resort, since the announcement of Paramount building on the property once owned by Murcia construction builder, Polaris World. This Project of Paramount will bring huge benifits for the whole region of Murcia. The front end of this project will bring workers needing housing, food and entertainment. All beneficial to the surrounding merchants. Olagolf will  benefit as the course will fill up in the coming years.

Olagolf is fixing a water valve near the Penthouses on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course here on the Polaris World built Golf Resort in Murcia Spain. The same location was uncovered a few years ago by Polaris when they were managing the Golf Course.

The Condado De Alhama Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course has taken delivery of some brand new golf carts. Olagolf had a fleet of new carts delivered to the resort, so it’s out with the old and in with the new.

Olagolf have been managing the golf course for several months now and have maintained very high standards. The new carts are just another sign of their continued excellence in the world of golf.

Tour bus of Golfers show up early this Sunday morning at Condao de Alhama to play on the Jack Nicklaus Signature designed Golf Course here in Murcia Spain. We had Sandy in from Golf Club Hire and he is donating a box of balls to who every answers the the golf trivia question first on our Thursday Night Live¨ at 9pm local time pod cast.
