Condado Primary Response. The team have been working very hard to be ready to make you feel a little safer during your holiday on Condado De Alhama. Funded by you, the owners of Condado through donations and charity events this organization have come a long way and are now ready to help you in an emergency. Below is a press statement issued by CPR.
“We are pleased to tell you all that we have been working closely with Mileniun-levante and they
are being very supportive of what we are trying to do. We have given them the details of the training courses our people have taken and the accreditation they now have – our twelve responders have very high qualifications and can provide oxygen and defibrillator assistance whilst waiting for an ambulance to arrive. This should give you all peace of mind for the future.
The latest responders to join CPR through their training course.
Each of our trained Responders is matched, on a rota system, with a second person or “buddy”, who acts as support for the family of any injured or sick person and generally assists the Responder. He/she is a volunteer and can be on call as often or as little as he/she wishes. Buddies are very important to us and we can always have more on board. If you would like to offer your support at any time – whilst on holiday or as a resident – please contact us on the address on our site. If you would like to be a Responder, again, please make contact with us – we’d love to hear from you.
The local branch of the Red Cross in Alhama is working with us, to firm up action plans and procedures, again so that everyone in Condado, whether resident or visitor, can have peace of mind.
Special news for you golfers out there! IRM, with their marshalls and office staff are finalising an action plan about access to the course. There are to be 3 entry points, so that whenever anyone on the course is taken ill, the ambulance and CPR staff can get to the position very quickly, without having to drive all round the course.
A lot has been going on behind the scenes, to ensure your safety at all times. Please continue to support us and help spread the word – you will find information leaflets in all the businesses on site – in Spanish, English, Norwegian and Danish.”
Take a minute to visit their website and save their phone numbers in your phone, hopefully you will never need to use the service but if you do.. you have them just in case.
