Those who dared to enter…Al Kasar

Saturday, November 3rd, 2012

Welcome to Al Kasar

Those who dared to enter Al Kasar for the big haunted party were met at the main gate by smoke, music and monsters… Everyone got into the holiday spirit by turning out in some wonderful costumes and despite the theme of the night, there were lots of happy smiley faces of people enjoying themselves.

Mileniun Levante, the management team of Condado De Alhama along with all the bars, shops and suppliers in Al Kasar, put on a Halloween show for everyone to remember. Actors greeted everyone throughout the night with lots of playful scares while witches and cauldrons stirred up a scene under the black sky. All the lights were out in Al Kasar to add to the atmosphere and inside the bars trick or treaters made the rounds.

All the bars did a wonderful job and put so much effort into their decorations I am sure today the clean up was quiet something, and I am not just talking about the businesses. All the owners of the businesses had quiet some clean up of their own to do…take a look..

Mark representing La Cata

Sabores..He Looks pretty cool standing there, but in fact he had rigged a bat to fall at your face as you entered...tricky fellow

Tom, representing Condado Gift Shop.. followed the actors all night dragging his leg around. Now theres dedication.

I missed Rupert and Eva at Quality homes but they were there taking part in the festivities and handing out sweets to the scary little monsters…

This little monster was having a great time...

If you attended and enjoyed yourself, remember to thank those involved, the first group organized event at Al Kasar, well done to everyone, and Thank You for a great night.

Maybe they can do it again next year. Now that is something for the diary of 2013.

Goodbye to the witches and actors till 2013

This weekend on Condado De Alhama at Al Kasar you will be able to watch the Ryder Cup at The Clover Bar. They will dedicate this weekend to the Ryder Cup and will stay open until it finishes way into the early hours of the morning. There will be no live music this weekend so as not interrupt the game. Definitely the place to be if you are a golf lover this weekend.

Bokao this weekend will be showing the Spanish football and serving up some tempting tapas and the best burger (#4) and chips on Condado.

La Cata will also be showing the Spanish football match and the Bulgarian Bistro is a wild card.

Sunday lunch at La Cata was very good last Sunday, and is worth a try and good value, last Sunday was their first try at a traditional Sunday dinner. The food was excellent even the yorkshire puddings were good. Of course if while in Spain..you prefer to eat a traditional a traditional Spanish dinner, they still offer the full menu.

The Condado Club Sunday lunch is very popular and comes with all the trimmings as usual.

It´s going to a great weekend on Condado so come on out and enjoy yourself.
