The Al Kasar located on Polaris World’s Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, which contains the Clover and Limonero has been joined by a new passage way. A new door is being fitted to join forces.

Whether Polaris World installed this entrance because of the winter months that are coming, which will make the travel between both establishments much easier on the public. We are glad that this has been done, as it may possibly give food service to the bar patrons as well.

Expanding service

This summer has been very busy so any improvements are welcomed. No sign of a coffee shop yet, but maybe next summer they can open one in one of the entrances to the supermarket for the early birds. They do have a bakery and fresh fruit to serve up. Just a thought.  The restaurant does open at 11 and serves coffee and tapas.

The Flamenco performance last night, brought in the crowds at Polaris Worlds Clover Bar. The Parking lot was over 1/2 full and the families were still walking from the neighboring gardens to come watch and enjoy the evening atmosphere. The weekends have proven busy at the Clover all summer long. Great entertainment and a  meeting place to catch up with and make new friends. Polaris Worlds Clover bar opens at 3 in the afternoon and closes.. well some say at 6 in the morning, so it is keeping the crowds entertained thats for sure.

As we have been reporting to you that the Al Kasar is preparing for new residents, well today there are 2 opened for business. The long awaited Alhama de Murcia town hall office is open for business.

Office Hours at Tourist and Council Office (Click to see what they do at this office)

Open from 9am till 12 noon with a half hour break, they then return for the last hour and then off to the house.

Milinium has also opened. Ana is in the office after moving the basic things from the porta cabin. She now has faster internet and does not have to rely on a dongal connection. She does a great job for the community, is very helpful and speaks Spanish and English. Stop in and welcome her to the Al Kasar.

Happy New Years

Players were out on the course today. This afternoon it may have been a little windy, as the footage is showing on Condado TV. We are off to the Clover and hope to bring you some footage of the evenings excitement.  29kph winds tomorrow, you may need the lead weighted balls.

Thought I’d give everyone a morning view of the resort, just in case you’re having withdrawals.

More and more owners are showing up this week, and more to show next week. The hope is that we open for all the owners before the New Year.

Last nights Live Pod Cast from Polaris Worlds newest Golf Resort, Condado de Alhama, featured Jill and Terry.  These two Americans living on the Costa Calida in Spain highlighted some of their favorite places to visit. The Podcast was a collection of pictures and descriptions of places to see and go in their area of Spain.
