Al Kasar, the town centre at Condado De Alhama will soon have a new ice cream parlour and cafe.

The doors opened today for construction to begin on Condado De Alhama´s Ice Cream Parlour and Cafe. The venue will set up and open their doors to the public before the summer season and we will be there to watch them and welcome them into our community.

New facilities opening up in the Al Kasar is something that is very welcome to the existing businesses at Al Kasar. The more facilities available and offered the more people will come to enjoy them. Al Kasar is a very unique setting to spend the day or evening in the Alhama De Murcia area.

This opening will be followed closely by a Spanish Bar opening on the opposite side of the water.The ice cream parlour will be located next door to the Quality Homes Office on the left side as you enter.

Already in Al Kasar we have, our wonderful Administrators offices, A tourist and tax office, a real estate office, The Clover Bar, The Bulgarian Bistro and a well stocked supermarket and the Golf Pro Shop.

As we promised last year, by this summer you will not recognise the resort that used to be a little sleepy with little to do. Condado De Alhama, is packed with things to do for the whole family and it all started with The Condado Club, a unique sports and social centre on the jardines side of Condado, open daily and offering wonderful food along with entertainment and sports for the whole family. A brilliant friendly welcome and atmosphere by Paul and Rachel every time you visit.

Gone are the days when it was hard to find something to write about…it is great to bring you this good news and I will look forward to bringing you much more in the coming months leading up to the summer holidays.
