We are playing golf from Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course tonight.  It is warm and the sky is blue! We catch a few players in the high grass, which is a challenge to get out of as you will see or have already had that experience.

As you will notice with the sunshine and water, Olagolf is keeping the playing course fresh looking. You also will see some other things that happen out on the course. We have captured one of the players balancing his golf club on his head, apparently it helps keep him focused. It just might be a new trend here at Condado. So tune in and post your comments here.

The Jack Nicklaus designed course here at Condado de Alhama in Murcia, Spain was being played in full sunshine today as the temperatures rise every day. With more and more people arriving to use the course, Olagolf is busy keeping everything at its best. Just returned from the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course here on Condado de Alhama and have put up a live stream of players out on the course. Not sure who they were, but they looked to be having a good time. One group in particular. Windy out there today and filtered sunshine.  Watch the video and enjoy a smile with these guys.

Spain has decided to close flights to 4 airfields in northern Spain due to the ash produced from Icland’s volcano. The closures are to last till midnight tonight. The ash has spread over 1200 miles and may close some of Frances airports also.

As the ash reaches to elevations of 35,ooo feet,the ash was staying at 20,000 feet.  It is disrupting the usual flight path from England to the United States. Moving flight paths to the south in to Spain or North above Iceland, can add an extra hour in each direction, and it said to cost an extra $5000.oo in aviation fuel per Atlantic crossing. Average  cross Atlantic trips to the United States is 600 a day between 40 airlines.

The weather has been trying so hard to be nice today, still it has not been bad for a game of golf. The Jack Nicklaus Signature course has been busy and there has been plenty of activity around the resort.
